Feelin Fit Intro

Welcome to my 'feelin fit' blog!  I am hoping to use this blog to talk about healthy living.  My husband and I are really trying to make healthy choices and we are both hope to drop a few pounds along the way.   The most important thing that I have noticed so far is that I feel better and have a lot of energy.  After eating a meal or a snack, I do not have regrets or feel sick.  I have an extremely sensitive stomach, so I usually can tell when I make a poor eating choice.  I still have a long way to go.  I need to stop drinking so much diet coke and I need to exercise more.  Here is my food log for today:

Instant quakers oatmeal, strawberries and cream- 3 points
1 cup of grapes- 1 point
Ziti, SmartOnes- 6 points
Pepermint candy- 3 points
pita sandwich- 6 points
light ice cream- 2 points

Workout- 1 mile
